Bimalendu often gets the error “A Runtime Error has occoured, do you wish to Debug? Yes or No” while browing the net.
I’m going to presume you’re using Internet Explorer and this error is most common with that browser. Try upgrading to the latest version or try another browser like Firefox or Chrome at least to test.
