People usually backup everything but their emails possibly because it’s not that easy with any of the main programs such as Outlook or Outlook Express. Heres some simple free tools for doing it.If you visit www.staticbackup.com/downloads.htm and download the FREE backup utility for your particular email client and install it, you should be able in a couple of simple steps, backup all aspects of your email including: (For Outlook Express)

- Settings.
- Address Book.
The program also offers options to restore backed up details if required. Paid for versions with some more functionality are also available.
